Service Delivery Policy

ScoreMyTarget is delivered electronically. Nothing is physically shipped, so no delivery address, shipping charge or delivery timeline applies.

When you get access

• Paid features are enabled on your account immediately once the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute.
• Access is through the ScoreMyTarget app and at scoremytarget.com/app, on the account that made the payment.
• A receipt is emailed to the address on the account.

Where it works

Available worldwide over the internet, on Android and in any modern browser. Scoring requires a connection; your own recorded sessions remain readable offline.

If access does not arrive

If a payment succeeded but the plan is not active within an hour, email support@scoremytarget.com or call +91 95662 45345. We will enable it or refund it in full — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
